📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the palm oil processing facility, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
• Oversee raw material handling, including procurement, storage, and transportation.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with the mill manager and other departments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various mill processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mill performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in palm oil processing or a related industry.
• Proven experience in managing mill operations, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in palm oil processing.
• Proficiency in using mill management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
