📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive customer experience.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to the Store Manager.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
