📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to the marketing team and management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Hootsuite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
