Director of Social Inclusion

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to address social inequalities and promote inclusive development.
• Design and oversee programs focused on education, healthcare, and livelihood improvement for marginalized communities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
• Conduct needs assessments and community engagements to identify and address social issues effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure they meet the intended goals and impact.
• Represent the Foundation in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of social inclusion initiatives.
• Stay updated on social development trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in social development, community engagement, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful social inclusion programs.
• Strong understanding of social policy, governance, and community development.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment.
