📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event plans that align with Sinar Mas Land's marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics, including vendor management and venue setup.
• Utilize Eventbrite and Hootsuite to manage event registrations and social media promotions.
• Create engaging content and materials for promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor event performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
• Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal promotions and special events.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event quality and reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or marketing, preferably in the retail or property development industry.
• Proven track record of successfully executing events and promotional campaigns.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
