📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of facility services, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Manage and maintain a team of facility service staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Monitor and maintain the plant's infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure the facility supports their operations and meets their needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility services management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RICFM) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as ServiceMax, Facilio, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
