Shine Direct Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute navigation routes, taking into account weather conditions, fuel efficiency, and cargo requirements.,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival vessel inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs, crew performance, and safety incidents.,Coordinate with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Train and mentor junior crew members, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.,Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities and internal safety committees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English communication.,Knowledge of local regulations and maritime laws in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.,Experience with vessel management software and navigation tools.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
