📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high standards of work are maintained.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure financial goals are met.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and departments.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
