📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.,Mentor and train new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Understanding of company policies and procedures.,Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and events.
