In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with managers to identify training needs and ensure that the organization's learning and development strategies align with business goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs by collaborating with managers and employees.,Design and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Manage and mentor junior HR professionals in the learning and development area.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the learning and development domain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and e-learning platforms is a plus.
