📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the right candidates are identified and recruited.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel as needed for recruitment activities.
