📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Providing excellent customer service and handling banking transactions.

Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.

Assisting customers with account inquiries and transactions.

Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.

Promoting our bank's products and services to customers.

Managing cash handling and ensuring the safety of bank funds.

Assisting in the resolution of customer complaints and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle cash and manage bank funds securely.
