📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their financial queries and concerns.
• Work with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and technologies.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Certification in professional accounting bodies such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
