📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
