As an Assistant Technical Writer, you will work closely with our team of technical writers and subject matter experts to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation. You will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing technical content, as well as collaborating with other team members to ensure that our documentation is up-to-date and meets the needs of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Research and write technical documentation for our clients' products and services,Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure that it is clear, concise, and error-free,Work with our team of technical writers to ensure that our documentation is consistent and meets our clients' needs,Assist with the development and implementation of technical documentation standards and procedures,Provide technical writing support to other team members as needed,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist with the creation of training materials and other technical content as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices,Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
