Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Maintain and update financial records,Provide excellent customer service,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage cash inventory and prepare reports,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues,Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals,Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong attention to detail,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic accounting principles,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures,Good knowledge of Indonesian language
