Salon Vera Computer is looking for a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all event details are accurately communicated to vendors and staff.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring that all equipment and decorations are in place and properly maintained.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, working closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all items are served on time and to the highest standards.,Monitor event timelines and ensure that all events run according to schedule, making adjustments as needed to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event evaluation, providing feedback to the Banquet Manager on areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and accounted for.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and staff.,Familiarity with event planning software and other relevant technology.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.,Proven ability to work well in a team environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
