📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.,Managing a team of employees and ensuring they are productive and motivated.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance.,Managing the branch budget and ensuring financial targets are met.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Representing the company at meetings and events.,Conducting regular staff meetings and providing feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in budget management and financial planning.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
