📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and software.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth IT operations.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide documentation and training to new IT staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
