📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
