📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of electronics sales representatives, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our range of electronic products, including smartphones, laptops, and home appliances.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and translate these insights into effective marketing campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, banners, and social media content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including credit policies and consumer protection laws.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of the electronics industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Proficient in using marketing software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
