📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Lead and mentor senior management, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and industry partners.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and implement risk management strategies.
• Represent the company at high-level meetings and events, both locally and internationally.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure and improve company performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the natural resources or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and project management tools like MS Project.
• Certification in strategic management or a related field is a plus.
