Lingkungan Eko Medical Center (LEMC) is seeking a dedicated Pramuniaga to join our team. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, customer service, and sales operations. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any concerns.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the store's POS system.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of English and Indonesian languages.,Computer literate, with experience using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
