📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.

Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and availability.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.

Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using restaurant management software.

Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements.
