📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve branch targets.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Organize and participate in branch events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized branch environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the construction or food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory and sales management.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.
