Duta Sari Dental Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead General Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. You will work closely with the management team to implement and maintain policies and procedures that align with our company's vision and values.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Provide leadership and support to the general affairs team to achieve departmental goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clinic operations and transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the clinic's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
