LAMANSUA Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Manager to join our team in Cilacap, Jawa Tengah. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits and improve HR processes.,Build and maintain positive employer-employee relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
