GLEAM Sejahtera is looking for a Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing learning initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Develop and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Assess employee training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning programs with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.,Report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in managing learning initiatives.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques to measure learning outcomes.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
