🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in life insurance or financial planning is a plus.
