As a Livestock Nutritionist & Ruminant Health Management Specialist (HMT), you will be responsible for developing and implementing nutrition programs tailored to the specific needs of our ruminant animals. You will work closely with our team of veterinarians and farmers to ensure the health and well-being of our livestock. Utilizing advanced tools and software such as NutriNet and Ruminant Health Management System (RHMS), you will monitor and analyze data to make informed decisions that improve animal performance and reduce costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement nutrition programs for ruminant animals using NutriNet and RHMS.
• Monitor and analyze livestock health data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and farmers to ensure the health and well-being of livestock.
• Conduct regular feed evaluations and adjust feeding strategies based on performance data.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated with the latest advancements in livestock nutrition and health management.
• Work closely with the team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide recommendations for improving animal performance and reducing costs.
• Maintain detailed records of livestock health and nutrition data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in livestock nutrition and health management.
• Certification in Ruminant Nutrition (preferred).
• Proficient in using NutriNet and RHMS software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural practices and regulations.
