In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our shipping and port coordination services. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including SAP, Navis, and other maritime-specific applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met, and that our operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate shipping operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo planning, and port clearances.
• Work with shipping lines, ports, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transportation of goods.
• Monitor and manage the performance of our shipping and port coordination services.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, and that our operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use maritime-specific software and tools, including SAP, Navis, and other applications, to manage and optimize our operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and procedures as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of our operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations, shipping, or port coordination.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with maritime software and tools, including SAP, Navis, and other applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid maritime certification, such as a Master Mariner's Certificate or a similar qualification, is a plus.
