📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards.,Record production data and maintain production records.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.,Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Familiarity with tea production processes is a plus.,Good knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills for recording and maintaining production data.,Physical fitness and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
