📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
