📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily F&B service operations to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of service staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Train and develop new staff to ensure they meet our high service standards.,Monitor food and beverage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service area.,Collaborate with other departments to improve service offerings and guest experiences.,Participate in regular performance reviews and staff development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management or a related field.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
