📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Theatre department, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.,Lead and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and hospital operations.,Monitor and maintain the quality of patient care, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols.,Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in the Operating Theatre department.,Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ANP, CNS) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
