As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,A strong understanding of marketing and promotional strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective plans.,A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
