📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.
• Conduct tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to junior staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
• Monitor and report on tax performance metrics.
• Participate in tax audits and investigations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a multinational or large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).
• Certified tax professional (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
