🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation,Proven track record of creating engaging and successful social media campaigns,Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for design,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus
