Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a dynamic environment.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools to manage team performance and operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in English and Portuguese is a plus.
