We are currently seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Team Lead (SAP S/4 HANA) to join our finance team in Ubud. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of receivables specialists, ensuring our clients' payments are processed accurately and efficiently. As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of Accounts Receivable specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end receivables processes, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Implement and maintain SAP S/4 HANA systems to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
• Analyze receivables data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve collections strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our receivables processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in a digital marketing or advertising environment is a plus.
