🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent development and employee relations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
