📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance activities of injection molding machines, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on injection molding machines to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the maintenance of injection molding machines.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that maintenance activities do not compromise product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on injection molding machines.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
