🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Certifications in mining operations, project management, or relevant technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of mining processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful project execution and client satisfaction.
