Airbnb is looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Post Training team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models to improve the user experience and drive business growth. This is a remote position based in the USA.

As a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement machine learning models to improve user experience and drive business growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in their machine learning journey.
Contribute to the company's machine learning strategy and roadmap.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of machine learning.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure the successful deployment of machine learning models.
Optimize existing machine learning models to improve performance and accuracy.
Document and communicate machine learning projects and findings to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Understanding of software engineering best practices and principles.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
