📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations
- Optimize workflows to improve productivity and reduce errors
- Drive the adoption of best practices and procedures in warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities using SAP and other logistics software
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with SAP and other logistics software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations across Bali
