📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging marketing courses to students, ensuring high-quality instruction and effective learning outcomes.
• Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and interactive learning resources.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development, offering personalized support and advice.
• Collaborate with the training center team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, incorporating relevant knowledge into course content.
• Participate in training center events and activities, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the training center and its programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong background in teaching or training.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective marketing courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide students.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.
• Certification in marketing or a related field is a plus.
